If you are looking for new Lenovo/IBM computers and Lexmark Printer/Scanner/Copiers: we are approved IBM,Lenovo, and Lexmark Dealers.
Except where stated all of our products are available from stock, even those lines that can be bought from us in quantities of more than one hundred units.
All of our products come directly from the IBM Distribution system. IBM's PC Department is now associated with Lenovo, and IBM's Printer Department is now Lexmark, which is why we are IBM, Lenovo, and Lexmark approved dealers.
We do not collect your personal information from browsing our site.
Terms and Conditions
1. For these products we do not charge for delivery to the UK! It usually takes till the next day after we have received (i.e. fully cleared payments) the funds for you to receive the item. We do not use a courier, we use IBM's distribution system! Ordinarily we will deliver to the billing address, if you want us to deliver to a different address(e.g. work if you are a private customer) you need to let us know.
1a. If you are paying by PayPal we can only deliver to the stated delivery address. The delivery can not be redirected.
2. They will try three times to deliver, if they can not do so we may have to issue a refund and give up on the transaction, so please let us have your telephone number so we can prevent that sort of muddle.
3. We may be able to cancel the transaction up to 48 hours after your purchase; except for extended warranties such as maintenance contracts, we can not cancel those at all.
4. If on receiving and testing your new equipment you find that it does not work, please contact us straight away. We will telephone you to do a few checks; for example many people do not know that laptops have a switch that turns the laptop off when it is closed, so it will not turn on until the lid is opened; if that does not solve the problem we will activate the rather morbidly named "DOA procedure", in practice the manufacturer replaces the equipment so they can take it apart to find out what the manufacturing problem would be.
5. If you simply decide that you do not want the equipment up to two weeks(14 days) after receiving it, then we will accept it back and refund your money less the loss of value from having been sold, e.g. the loss of value from it being no longer new (remember we absolutely guarantee that we do not sell second hand items); the loss of value will be calculated from the price the returned item fetches at open outcry auction, which will be the true market value.
6. We may send you a VAT Statement. Our VAT Number is 151398701.
7. The Law governing this contract is that of the United Kingdom of Great Britain.
8. By “IBM Official Dealer” and “Lenovo Official Dealer” we mean that IBM, and Lenovo, has appointed us as one of their registered dealers. That is the only way that the IBM and Lenovo distribution system can be accessed, so you should avoid buying from non-registered-dealers to avoid problems from fake computers, fake batteries(they are by weight more powerful than Phosphorous Bombs), and second-hand equipment sold at prices close to those of new machines.
